Environmentally Friendly Incineration by Design

The 1B cremator incorporates a primary chamber for burning the waste stream and a two second retention chamber to clean the gases created through the process of incineration resulting in both a smoke and our free operation.
This ensures an environmentally responsible and bio-secure disposal of fallen animals while removing hazardous particulates and preventing them from re-entering the environment, the Incinco 1B crematorium meets all current emissions standards, whilst ensuring disease prevention and biosecurity on site.

Managing your own animal incineration / cremation process greatly increases your sites biosecurity giving you more control of disposal while allowing for a rapid response to any disease break out - such as Avian Flu, Foot and Mouth Disease or Swine Fever.

Tri Layered Insulated Lining for Longjevity and Efficiency

The 1B is constructed from from our tri-layered refractory design, comprising of a multi layered approach to its refractory lining, consisting of two separate insulating layers, the first being a calcium silicate board, followed by a layer of Rockwell to complete the insulation. The following layer is comprised of refractory concrete and high temperature alumnia bricks resulting in high thermal efficiency as well as delivering a reliable incineration cycle.of both refractory and thermally insulated bricks, the 1B is thermally efficient.

This keeps the heat generated through the burn cycle within the combustion chamber increasing fuel efficiency and reducing running costs.

Front Loading Design

There are multiple loading options available - as standard you can load manually through the front facing loading door which includes viewing ports to allow the operator to safely monitor the incineration cycles. This prevents overloading to ensure you have consistent results from each operation cycle.  

Additional loading systems are available with a fully automatic loading system featuring our Ram Loader and Bin Tipper Systems for large amount of ABP's. The 1B is accompanied by a fully automatic control system including HMI. The machines operation is fully automatic.

Design Principles

The 1B Cremator is one of our more compact capacity cremators within our B range. Designed to burn both carcasses and animal by-products (ABP's) it is suitable for 'Catergory 1' and 'Catergory 3' Animal by products.The 1B is designed to burn/process waste at a rate of up to 50kg/hr.

As with all Incinco cremators the 1B incorporates a primary chamber for incinerating the animal carcass / animal byproducts, benefiting from two primary burners to ensure good combustion conditions within the primary combustion chamber. leading into a secondary chamber to process the gas with a 2 second retention at either 850^oC or 1,050^oC as required under legislation enabling environmentally sustainable operation.

Gas Cleaning / Air Pollution Control

We also offer advanced filtration options including our ceramic filtration system. as well as wet gas scrubbers and Venturi systems.
The need for filtration systems will depend upon your waste stream and environmental permit.

Each machine is made from heavy duty steel and our own tri-layered refractory system. This provides maximum machine life, while ensuring a reliable and efficient incineration cycle.
