The FS50 is a front-loaded medical waste incinerator, which can be reloaded multiple times through out the daily incineration cycle. A compact machine capable of being fit in a 20ft Container while safely disposing of a wide range of medical and clinical waste including Pharmaceutical, Biological, Healthcare, Reaserch and High Moisture* Wastes

Conclusion

The FSM50 has a xxm3 Primary chamber capable of incinerating up to 50kg/hr or 400kg over an eight hour cycle. With its Tri Layered refractory construction the FSM50 is up to 40% more fuel efficient than other incinerators on the market – This is due to each incinerator being manufactured using tri-layer technology this comprises of a rockwall and calcium silicate insulation followed by firebrick and refractory concrete. This results in a high thermal efficiency and longer life than incinerators built using a single layer of insulation with monolithic concrete. The tri-layer technology forms a structure of extreme strength and durability while not compromising on thermal loss, increasing fuel efficiency and ensuring a high energy and heat transfer maintaining the heat throughout the combustion process.  

It is the perfect solution for your waste stream and ideally suited to serving the needs of a hospital with up to xx occupied beds.

The FSM50 can be fuelled by Diesel, Natural/LPG Gas, HVO Biofuel amd a wide range of alternative fuels to ensure xx disposal of your waste reducing the volume of waste by 97%, leaving any residual clinker sterilised and ready to be disposed of or recycled. includes a secondary chamber to clean the gases created during the combustion process, developed to have a two second retention time at 1100^oC as per various emissions guidelines. Ensuring a smokeless and odur free operation.

It has the option of being delivered with ramloader, Bintipper, Gascleaning or as a containerised version.
