The FS2000 Incinerator is a cutting-edge solution designed to handle various waste types with ease. With its advanced features and reliable performance, it offers a cost effective and enviromentally friendly way to manage your waste.

The FS2000 is a highly flexible solution based on client requirements - The FS2000 is a front-loaded incinerator with the option to have it fitted with a fully automatic loading system featuring our Ram Loader and Bin Tipper Systems as well as optional Gas Cleaning / APC if required to meet any of the current emissions standards world wide.

The incinerator is equipped with a primary chamber with automatic combustion and air control and a secondary chamber with a two second residence time and minimum temperature of 850^oC (1,050^oC+also available). The incinerator also includes an automatic loading system –incorporating a bin tipper, hydraulic ram loader and charging / feed door, automatic moving hearths and de-ashing. Gas cleaning & Heat Recovery equipment is also available to meet the most stringent of environmental standards and permit conditions.

Environmentally Friendly Incineration by Design

The FS2000 Incinerator is a compact unit within our FS range, designed to burn/process waste at a rate of up to 2000kg/hr The primary chamber allows for the loading of a mixture of waste types from low-high density waste. The primary combustion chamber is a multiple moving stepped hearth design, with the waste being loaded on to an initial hearth for combustion. The waste is then carried through the primary chamber by a series of further moving hearths. Each hearth has a moving refractory step powered by the hydraulic system to move the waste residue through the primary chamber andinto the ash treatment zone and auto de-ashing system. This allows for continuous waste loading with 24 hour operation if required.

The gases released from the waste in the combustion chamber then flow through into the secondary chamber this is then processed for two seconds at either 850^oC or 1,050^oC+ subject to waste type. This results in a smokeless and odour free operation while complying with environmental standards.

Automatic Loading Systems

All our FS2000 incinerators are equipped with an Auto-Feeder, which automates the feeding process and greatly increases the safety of the operators. The auto feeder includes a bin tipper and ram loader and ensures full utilisation of the incinerator without overfeeding taking place. This also increases fuel efficiency. This prevents overloading to ensure you have consistent results from each operation cycle.

Tri Layered Insulated Lining for Longjevity and Efficiency

The FS2000 incinerator is manufactured using tri-layer technology; this comprises of a rockwool insulation layer, calcium silicate insulation layer, followed by a final layer of firebrick and refractory concrete. This results in a high thermal efficiency and longer life than incinerators built using a single layer of insulation with monolithic concrete. The tri-layer technology forms a structure of extreme strength and durability while not compromising on thermal loss, increasing fuel efficiency and ensuring a high energy and heat transfer. Ensuring a long lifecycle and minimum maintenance.

Control Panel

The PLC fully automates the incinerator, leaving zero room for operator error. HMI screens display different sections of the process, with a central control screen to monitor the system. Remote monitoring and troubleshooting ensures continuous and trouble free and cost effective operation.

Gas Cleaning / Air Pollution Control

Ceramic filters have consistently achieved the highest removal efficiency of any gas cleaning / air pollution control technology and form a perfect partnership with dry scrubbing due to the higher operational temperatures and gas velocity’s. Our gas cleaning system is more efficient with lower maintenance and lower operating costs. We also offer advanced filtration options including our ceramic filtration system. as well as wet gas scrubbers and Venturi systems. The need for filtration systems will depend upon your waste stream and environmental permit.
