Libya - Containerised Incinerators
Incinco has manufactured two containerised incinerators for Wintershall in Libya. These gas fired incinerators are designed to efficiently dispose of all camp waste from their Concession 96 - Jakhira and Concession 97 - Nakhla sites in the Libyan desert.
The 12 metre hi-cube containers hae doublesd aces os, a rear personal door and are fully equipped with Internal electrical and safety equipment.
The packaged units are not only designed for transporting the incinerator to site but the container becomes the on-site building.
Once delivered, the chimney is unpacked from the container and installed, the electrical and gas supplies (or diesel oil) are connected and the incinerator is ready for action.
These units, range in capacity from 100kg to 250kg per hour. Are complete with auto-feed via pneumatic ram loader and auto de-ashing via internal ash grates and ash trolley. They are fully automatic in operation from the PLC Control Panel.
Once on site the units are commissioned by Incinco's installation and commissioning engineers who provide full operator training in operation, safety and maintenance of the containerised incinerators. Incinco's containerised incinerator units are becoming increasingly popular within the Oil & Gas industry for ue in their remote oil and gas camp locations as part of their ESG, environmental and waste management strategy's.
