How Incinco incinerators operate.
Incinco incinerators are technically advanced whilst being easy to operate from the fully automatic control panel.
Our larger models incorporate bin tipplers and auto feeders which allow euro bins to be tipped into the auto feed system.
Once the waste enters the primary chamber of the incinerator it is moved
forward during incineration via the reciprocating grates.
Once the waste is destroyed the ash is expelled by the riddling grates and then taken to the ash skip by way of the sunken ash conveyor.
The secondary chamber burns off the waste gasses for a full 2 seconds at temperatures in excess of 1400°c.
